Gifts for Runners Under $25

I’m still in the process of Christmas shopping. How about you? Seeing all the people I still need to buy for is a little intimidating. Gifts for Runners that are under $25 may seem hard to come by; all the latest technology, shoes, and goodies are not cheap. Still, this Gift guide for runners can help you find a wallet-friendly present for your pavement-pounding friend or coworker.

Runners World 2018 Calendar – I love this calendar so much! Every month features a beautiful photograph, a motivational quote, tips, exercises, and workouts. This is one of the best gifts for runners. Pro tip: Buy through Amazon, not Rodale, because Rodale signs you up for an annual opt-out program.

Run Fast. Eat Slow. Nourishing Recipes for Athletes – I keep hearing about this cookbook, and it gets a lot of good reviews. Shalane Flanagan is one of the authors. If your favorite runner enjoys cooking, this makes a great gift. In that vein…

The Runner’s World Cookbook: 150 Ultimate Recipes for Fueling Up and Slimming Down–While Enjoying Every Bite – An oldie but a goodie, this cookbook is one of my favorites. I’ve found recipes that even my kids like in this book!

SPIBelt Running Belt – For the runner that can’t leave home without his phone (and these days, who does?), get a SPIBelt. These are stretchy and can accommodate some pretty large smartphones, or can be stuffed with GU or keys.

Therapy Resistance Bands – Every runner needs these in their toolkit. Using resistance bands is great for strengthening muscles as well as coming back from injury. This set includes three with varying resistance and a handy carrying case.

Massage Stick Roller – This massage stick (similar to the one I own and love) helps your favorite runner really get those tight spots, particularly around her knees. Mobility tools are always good gifts for runners.

NANO Foot Roller – The foot roller works better than lacrosse balls for rolling out sore arches. It’s perfect to pack for races and a great stocking stuffer.

GRID® Mini Foam Roller – I have a full size one of these, but I gravitate to the section that looks like the Grid Mini Foam Roller. It’s one of several mobility gifts for CrossFitters I’m listing. Foam rolling helps relieve sore muscles, something your favorite CrossFitter definitely has. The small size makes it ideal for packing in a gym bag or traveling.

Win Gifts for Runners!

Or for yourself. I won’t judge. I’m giving away a 2018 Runners World Calendar, a SPIBelt, and a shaker bottle for your (or your favorite runner’s) pre- or post-workout drink. Use the form below to enter. Prize ships via Priority Mail, so you’ll get it in time for Christmas!
