We’ve also had the final tweaks done to our buidling signage that faces the I-10. THe drywall has been completed, and texturing is almost done as well prior to painting. Electrical work is almost complete as well – soon, our new signage will be lit up at night.

One painting has been completed, the drop ceiling in the showroom will be added, as well as all interior doors, the glass wall separating the showroom and the Warehouse area, and the carpet will be laid as well.
Within a few weeks our new racking systems in the warehouse will be installed to prep for the move ouf our existing warehouse into this new space.
This new Phoenix I-10 Superstore will bring both store and warehouse under one roof by combining and replacing our existing Tempe warehouse and Chandler store, while also complementing our Camelback and Scottsdale stores. This unique location will feature a boutique sized traditional showroom and a large Costco style warehouse showroom. It will also serve as warehouse and distribution center for our other stores and commercial division.

Centrally located with easy access from the I-10 this new location gives us more space, better logistics, and the ability to provide a very unique shopping experience for our customers.All this is happening as our new space build out is being completed and we finish out lease terms at our current warehouse and Chandler store the end of February.
