No more having to knead or mix dough by hand! The Zojirushi Virtuoso and Supreme breadmakers offer a 2 lb rectangular loaf capacity and both machines feature dual kneading blades which ensure the dough is thoroughly kneaded, allowing for higher-rise loaves.
Both the Zojirushi BB-PAC20 Virtuoso and BB-CEC20 Supreme breadmakers are straightforward and easy to use. They feature an LCD control panel (slightly different design between the two machines) and offer a variety of pre-programmed settings to bake not just bread and dough but also cakes and jam. The Zojirushi Virtuoso has the added advantage of an auto gluten-free program which the Supreme breadmaker doesn’t have.
