You read lot of stories that a person loses 5 pounds in a week. Sometime you think how it is possible. But that may be true and varies from person to person. Every person’s Body is unique and lot of factors like metabolism, physical exercise, body composition plays a big role. The basic concept of weight loss is how much energy you are taking and how much energy you are taking out. Most of people follow only one rule, eat less and burn more calories. In long run these people face many health problems. If you are doing so much work, then you need result that last long. At least half of your plate should fill with it. This makes your tummy full and you are consuming less carbs, which is no one source of weight gain. If you are following this, then you are on right track for your dream body and shape.
  • Never skip breakfast – All day meals are important but if you eat breakfast make sure that you are starting your day on good note. Make sure it is healthy too as you are eating after long time period gap. It stays you away from any cravings happen to you during the day. Around 500 calories breakfast is must and should include protein and good fats.  This helps you to lose weight fast without sacrificing much in your diet plan.
