Carbs – 51g
Fat – 15g

Boil 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk with a pinch of salt
After a boiling
Add 40g oat bran and wait for it to come to a boil again
Add vanilla extract and better stevia drops
Add 1/2 scoop MTS Peanut Butter Fluff MTS Whey
Add 3 tbs liquid egg whites

Put in a bowl once completely stirred
Add to the top
40g banana
35g blueberries
1 tbs cocoa nibs
1 tbs hemp hearts
