Welcome to my monthly income report!  This is a series of reports that I will post each and every month summarizing my progress.  I will talk about what projects I have started, what I’m working on, how things are progressing, what is and isn’t working, and different ideas I have for future months.  This will help you as my reader to see what I am doing and possibly duplicate it if you are looking to build passive income as well.  Eventually, as things grow, this will become an Income Report and I will post what I am making aside from my network marketing business since that is frowned upon by the FTC.

December 2015 Monthly Report

Goals for January

• Get the beginning stages of new internet project complete.
• Finish and launch Lazy Marketing:  From Nervous Newbie to Badass Blogger.  Get on the waiting list!
• Income goal for coaching: $2,000
• Another 300% increase for TUGRAF
• 5 new coaching clients
• Officially launch my 7 Figure Dad affiliate program.
• 7 Figure Dad wristbands launched and sold

Completed/Incomplete for December

• Get the beginning stages of new internet project complete.
• 300% increase in TUGRAF sales  This was smashed this month!  Just launched another design and cannot wait to see how January goes.  I will begin putting the dollar amount every month now and eventually put this in the product, “How to Start Your Own T-Shirt Line From Your Couch”!
• officially launch new network marketing project.
• 3 new clients for my coaching business
• 25 Failure to Launch Sales- Didn’t happen but really need to figure out how to put things on automatic.  Really trying to master the funneling system this month as well as create a budget for ads.
• Create new premium product
• get new TUGRAF design that Erika created last month actually launched  Pyramid Life!!! The success of TUGRAF has been based on this design alone!  Thank you, network marketers for supporting my dreams!

• Create the 3 part training via mp3 that I started last month- Ahh, the focus!  January will involve strategic planning to make sure I meet all of these goals.
• Launch my new FREE product on “How to Start Your Own T-Shirt Line From Your Couch”
• Finish first chapter of my book
• Keeping my goal for subscribers at 100.  I think it’s very doable. BOOM!  Completed!!

What is working

• Pulling in those last hundred subscribers really came from our weekly content and guest posts.  Making sure that we always had some paid advertisement also helped along with our lead magnet.  Consistency with our current emails has been a must and we’ve had zero unsubscribe so I consider that a huge win.
• MONEY!  We are seeing huge results in the internet marketing aspect of all of this which really shows me that if we maximize what we are currently doing, we’ll also maximize in income  2016 is my year!
• Scheduling: Making sure I have the next day planned.  Even though I did miss a lot I did handle what I did schedule.  So improvement is always a must but I am so excited that everything is working so far.

What is not working

• The main thing is deadlines.  I am sucking at hitting things when I want to, and this will get better as I get better with scheduling and planning.

Subscribers

The most important metric on the entire blog – earning a subscription from someone is the ultimate form of commitment and conversion.  This month, I got organized and broke my list up into segments so it’s a little too hard to take pictures.  Anyway, here are the numbers!

• E-mail – 67 (61 last month)/ Total: 128

I reached my goal!! I passed the 100 subscriber mark and hit a huge goal for myself.  I want to keep this up but also not focus on the numbers so much as the targeting.  I want a list of targeted readers who genuinely love 7 Figure Dad and what it can offer them.

• Twitter – 15 (232 last month)/ Total: 247

There isn’t a huge focus on twitter by now besides sharing posts and using it to yell at players who aren’t doing well in my fantasy draft.  I feel it will grow overtime  Follow me !

• YouTube – 0 (17 last month)/ Total: 17

Okay, I finally figured out how to start working on youtube.  There will be a big focus on coaching and what I can offer as a coach as well as a ton of free material.  I will grow this!  Not to mention, adsense does awesome with YouTube videos.

• Facebook – 67 (576 last month) / Total: 643

OKAY!  I mean, I really wanted to be at 1000 likes by January, but the focus stayed on creating new content and on my new coaching clients.  This will increase over time, I feel.

Like I said, I will be creating a test post for Lazy Marketing to show what Facebook ads can do for a like page on an affordable budget.

• Instagram – 307 (1,451 last month)/ Total: 1,758

Instagram continues to grow!  I’m very pleased by the way instagram is going.  I think that is where a lot of my audience lives aside from Facebook.  I want to start working on my visuals and make it another way to add value.

Affiliate Marketing/Adsense/Products

Adsense-1.46 (.96 last month)/Total: 8.76

Again, not too sure how I’m making this happen but something’s working

What I have learned

• The power of email funneling and how it allows you to be able to focus on other projects.
• Small tweaks can make a huge difference!  Test, test test!
• Consistency is key in making sure that your income continues to grow.
