Evan Spiegel owns 5.9% of Class A stocks, 23.9% of Class B stocks, and 53.9% of Class C stocks for a 53.6% voting power where Robert Murphy owns 7.9% of Class A stocks, 23.9% of Class B stocks, and 46.7% of Class C stocks for a 46.5% voting power. Snapchat runs an advertising-based business model.
