FIVE SIMPLE TIPS ON HOW TO TRANSITION TO HEALTHY VEGAN PLANT-BASED DIET


Plant-Based Diet is the best health insurance and the best way to boost your immune system. Lower the risk of getting cancer or diabetes. Lower your blood pressure. You can lose weight and boost your immune system. It's the best way to detox your body.

You may feel confused about how to transition to a healthy Vegan Plant-Based Diet. It is important to go at your own pace and find out what works best for you. Here are some tips for a smooth transition to Plant-Based Diet:

TIP NUMBER ONE - Transition Period.

Allow some time to get used to new ways of eating. You cannot switch Plant-Based Diet in one day. I remember that it wasn't easy for me, I needed to transition slowly over a period of time. During this time you educate yourself about the subject and teach yourself how to prepare healthy Plant-Based Meals, you build healthy habits.

TIP NUMBER TWO - Education.

It's very important that you know what are doing and why how your body function and how to keep it healthy at all times so you don't get flu or viruses and prevent chronic diseases. Below are some books I recommend you to read on that subject. I have to warn you they are not an easy read, you have to read it with an open mind. After reading one of them, when you see people eating what you used to eat, your reaction will be something like "how can you eat that, you have no idea what you are doing to yourself"

TIP NUMBER THREE- Recipes.

Have a handful of recipes at your disposal. During the transition period try to experiment with them to see which one you like the most. Print them out and keep them somewhere where you have an easy access to them. Below are some websites with recipes:

TIP NUMBER FOUR - Giving Up Unhealthy Food.

Once you read one of the books I recommended to you in above paragraph, you will know what's healthy and what's not healthy to eat and most importantly why. You will know why meat, dairy products, refined sugar and aspartame unhealthy are. Try to give up one thing at time and then another. On the others hand start eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, and grains.

TIP NUMBER FIVE- Cravings and Fear of Being Criticized.
