Work life/Balance; is referred to as a concept of striking the proper prioritization between work and lifestyle (health, pleasure, leisure, family and so on).
Although the employment landscape is evolving and businesses trying to adapt in a progressive way, they are still struggling to give employees the freestyle way of life they deserve.
In a survey conducted last year, it was found that" the average UK employee only uses around three-quarters of their annual leave entitlement with 44% saying they do some sort of work when on holiday." So, this survey is proof that we are still enslaved by today's society and need a way out.

For 97% of us, life's filled with What Ifs and how can I. We are continuously seeking ways to make a reality out of that work-life balance concept.
We go for a career change, career progression, moving from jobs to jobs but do not seem to find The Solution. the one solution that will allow us to take back control of our life and grab our real share of the prosperity available in this world.
