Sr. Dot Net Developer : Project Lead Mandatory:

Must have 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET with various databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
Must have min 2 years of experience in leading team of 3 or more technical resources.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in System Architecture Design and various SDLC Methods
Well versed with fundamental architecture of the .NET framework
Programming with C#, ASP.Net, LINQ, .NET Generics and other .NET Latest Technologies
Must have working experience on AJAX, JQUERY, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Strong conceptual understanding of web technologies, Design concepts, design patterns
Experience with WSDL and/or REST based web services and WCF

Desirable:

Experience in Payment Gateway Implementation
Working knowledge on PKI, Digital Certificates and Form Signer Applications
Working knowledge on egovernance Projects
Web based graphical UI tools
Experience Silverlight Applications
SEO and Search Engine Techniques

Jr. Dot Net Developer : Mandatory

Must have 2+ years of experience in ASP.NET with various databases (MS SQL, MySQL)
Well versed with fundamental architecture of the .NET framework
Programming with C#, ASP.Net, LINQ, .NET Generics and other .NET Latest Technologies
Must have working experience on AJAX, JQUERY, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
