Job Description Infosys Careers Job Vacancies for Senior AWS Administrator in September 2020:
Responsibilities
• Assess clients’ workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability
• Participate Cloud Strategy development defining business drivers, cloud adoption road map and business case
• Evaluate Cloud options, software and tools
• Design Cloud solutions from conceptual, logical and physical design to meet client’s business and technical requirements leveraging design patterns and appropriate AWS skills
• Develop detailed design and documentation.
• Define required Cloud Services (such as EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, CloudFront, SNS etc.) and tools
• Lead development team in implementation of the solution as per defined architecture
Additional Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of leading Cloud Management Platform and orchestration tools
• Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• At least 2 year experience in building solution leveraging AWS IaaS services, with 7+ years of experience of hard-core infrastructure consulting
• AWS Certification – Solutions Architect –Associate / DevOps Engineering Professional / Developer
• In depth knowledge of key AWS services – EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, VPC, ElastiCache, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, AWS Route 53, CloudFront, SNS, Amazon Identity and Access Management etc.
• Knowledge and preferably working experience of other Cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, IBM Softlayer, Google Compute Engine, Rackspace, Private Clouds
• Proven experience assessing clients’ workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability
