Job Description / Responsibility
- To achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities set forth in Job Objective.
- To lead the branch staff members and achieve branch profitability target.
- To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities.
- To provide high quality service to customers.
- Coordinate and assist regulatory and other audits.
- Timely submission of accurate compliance and risk reports.
- To be responsible for the branch security management and coordinating with H.O.
- To ensure compliance of all rules & regulations of Bangladesh Bank (BB) and other regulators.

- MBA/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branch Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Leasing
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 year(s)
- Minimum 6 years in NBFI/ banking sector with at least 2 years as Branch Manager/ Deputy Branch Manager.
- Well conversant in English.
- Good interpersonal communication skill.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
