The first round of interview is always aptitude for many of the companies. Aptitude tests are designed to analysis the logical reasoning and the thinking capacity of the candidate.Generally, aptitude tests contain multiple choice questions and they are timed as well. Nowadays, many companies are recruiting candidates based on their performance on an aptitude test.Aptitude is the most important gate to enter in IT career. IT entrance, Government exams, CAT, CMAT, MPSC & UPSC exams and many other fields conduct aptitude tests. It is more than a test because it is necessary for the candidate to crack it before going to next round.
In today’s world, Competition is too high in every field.The process of the Job search is going higher day to day. The number of candidates applying for the same job is increasing so there is an aptitude test to picking up the candidate who has many skills as compared to others. So you must have unique skills to compete others.
