According to the Railway Ministry, the result of Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) examination 2016 has been declared. Results are declared region-wise.
Now, the candidates who have qualified the exam will be appearing in the 2nd stage of RRB NTPC which is going to be held on 17th, 18th and 19th Jan 2017 to fill up the vacant seats at various RRB’s.
RRB holds 2 stages for RRB NTPC exam for CEN 03/2015. 2nd stage will be another computer based test which will be held in January 2017 (as per the latest RRB Notification). Candidates equal to 15 times of vacancies shall be called for 2nd stage CBT based on the merit position in the 1st CBT held during 28/03/2016 to 03/05/2016.
Final selection of candidates will be based on merit position obtained in the 2nd stage CBT and/or result of Aptitude Test/Typing Skill Test.
2nd stage CBT is likely to include questions pertaining to General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning. The duration of 2nd stage CBT will be of 90 minutes covering 120 multiple choice objective questions.
