The management of National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has announced the date for the 21st Matriculation Ceremony for its 2020/2021 new students. Noun Matriculation Ceremony Date NOUN 23rd matriculation ceremony, which is meant to officially usher in the 2022/2023 academic session newly admitted students, has been scheduled to hold Tuesday, April 18, 2023 by 11:00 am prompt at all Study Centres nationwide.
