Salesforce Grade Exporting

Retrieve is continuously expanding our list of integrations. In addition to our current Salesforce connections, we are introducing the ability to export the assessment and grade data from your Virtual Teaching System to your Salesforce EDA organization.

Just ensure EDA is installed in your Salesforce organization and your Salesforce Admin creates the new Assessment object. Once these two steps are taken from Salesforce, a Site Admin can enable this feature in your marketplace of integrations.

Integrated Support

Use the Virtual Teaching System for training and support and integrate it within your own product. Bring information directly to your end-users by adding a help icon on your features that receive the most questions. Your developers integrate the button once and you can manage your content on the fly without their intervention. Integrated Support allows your users to get immediate access to your training videos, text and other information added within the Virtual Teaching System.

Podcast Upload

You asked, we listened! Share podcasts with your audience as seamlessly as you share the rest of your content, training, and support within the Virtual Teaching System. Elect to upload your podcast, recording or other mp3 file as a video on any page of content or in any communication channel. You can optionally add a graphic to describe your brand or podcast.

Finally, enable a discussion channel on your page to allow your users to respond to your podcast and leave comments for your review.
