In 2022, LEAD – An Indian School EdTech Major is launching an initiative to upskill 40,000 Indian teachers. It will free up 150 hours from each teacher’s schedule. The training is personalized to befit requirements and gap in between teaching capabilities.

LEAD Teacher Apps will provide training and certification resources worth 200 plus hours, on practices, soft skills, and methodologies of teaching.  The set of soft skills include interpersonal skills, communication, work ethics, and adaptability. While the iHomework App will offer teachers an access to homework alternatives which are readymade.

The novel innovations are aimed at boosting student learning in the classroom as well as at home while improving teachers’ teaching and personal lives.
