Bengaluru’s First Look of Double-Decker Flyover

Bengaluru: Double-Decker Flyover name reminds something right? The first thing comes to my mind is Double-Decker Bus which was operating a few decades back.

Now BMRCL launch and fixation of the wings of the first flyover at the road level, it is about 20-meters wide road is in progress, 5 lines of the BMRCL phase 2 construction planned from the RV Road to Bommasandra.

This is the first road-cum-Metro train flyover between Ragigudda and the Silk Central Board with 3.2km long.

The authorities say that the most important and complex activity of the two-stored flyover is to attach the wings to the column segment of the road.

Important update For Metro Travellers

Metro officials have announced that there will be no metro service between the RV Road and Yelachenahalli stations on February 16 (however, the services will remain operational between Nagasandra and the RV Road as usual) because of the work to establish a power 33 kV cables from the Yelachenahalli reception station to the Yelachenahalli station.
