Firstly, copy the image file of desired format that contains that text, that you want to be copy.
Open, Microsoft OneNote and paste the image. Then select the image by simply pressing CTRL+A from keyboard. Now hover to the image pasted on the Microsoft OneNote and Right Click on the mouse the select the first option stating Copy text form Picture, from the new dialog box option opened.
Now simply paste by pressing CTRL+V from keyboard or simply right clicking on the mouse the selecting paste option form the dialog option opened. There you will find all the text copied from the image file.
