AAU 2017/18 Notice To All Newly Admitted Students

The Management of the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (AAU) wishes to inform all the (100 Level Students and 200 Level Direct Entry Students) 200 Level Students and 300 Level Direct Entry Students in the 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 Academic Session respectively who have not yet collected their copies of the University’s Student information handbook and register with Student Affairs Division to ensure do so, this will enable School Managements to recognize your Studentship
.
For avoidance of doubt Fresh students (100 level and 200 level, Direct entry) 200 Level Students and 300 Level Direct Entry Students are expected to come along to collect their copies of the student Handbook on presentation of the following:

1) A copy of their downloaded and sworn “Oath of good conduct form
2) A recent colored passport photograph*
3) A completed registration slip to be obtained, filled and returned at the point of registration on the payment of One thousand (1000) naira


Affected students are to note that the student information Handbook is their property with a code of conduct, meant to guide them throughout their stay in the University, while the Registration enables the Student Affairs Division to capture all registered Students into the Data Base for the purpose of sundry Student Services for the benefits and welfare of students.

Please Note:
You must pay your School fees and get your Matric Number before you can proceed to do your Physical Clearance as a New Students

For those in 200 Level that already have Matriculation number should go for their registration

Registration of your Studentship and collection of Handbook at Dean of Students Affairs Office is Your Physical Clearance

As long as your Matriculation number is carrying 2016 or 2017 go and register your studentship

For those contesting for Various SUG Positions, if you don’t register your studentship at Students affairs office, forget about your aspiration.

The registration of studentship is one thousand (1000) naira and Student handbook is free
