1) Degree in any well recognized university

2) Proficient in local language participate through RRB

3) Good Knowledge in computer

Officer Scale I:

1) Degree in any discipline from recognized university or equivalent, chance given to the candidates who have well degree in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agriculture engineering, pisciculture, agriculture marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics and accountancy

2) Well speak with local language

3) Good knowledge in computer or awareness will be added qualification

Officer Scale II (general banking officer)

1) Degree in any discipline from recognized university with min 50% marks in aggregate, preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal    Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

2) Experience in two years as an officer in bank or financial institution

Officer Scale II (information technology officer):

1) degree from recognized university in electronics/communication/computer science/IT or equivalent with min 50% marks in agregate

2) Certification in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB,VC, OCP

3) one year experience in the revant field

Officer Scale II (Chartered Accountant)

1) certified associate from institute of CA of India

2) One year experience as CA

Officer Scale II(Law Officer)

1) degree from recognized university in law or its equivalent with mimimum of 50% marks

2) 2 years relevant experience in advocate or should have worked as law officer in banks or financial institution for a period of not less than 2 years

Officer Scale II (treasury manager):

1) Certified associate from institute of CA of India or MBA in finance from recognized university

2) one year experience in relevant field

Officer Scale II (marketing Officer)

1) MBA in marketing from well recognized university

2) one year experience in relevant field

Officer Scale II (agriculture Officer)

1) degree in agriculture/horticulture/dairy/animal husbandry/forestry/veterinary science/agriculture engineering/pisiculture from recognized university or it equivalent with min of 50% marks in aggregate

2) two years experience in relevant field

Officer Scale III

1) degree from recognized university or minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

2) Minimum of 5 years of experience as an officer in bank or financial institution
