UPSC Has issued the Admit Card of the Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist examination.

About Combined Geoscientist and Geologist :-

The Officers of Central Geological Service (CGS) are recruited by UPSC and posted to the Geological Survey of India (GSI). It is a central Govt  organisation in India working as an Attached Office to the Ministry of Mines, Govt  of India to carry out geological surveys, mineral exploration and allied studies.

About Examination  :-

Union Public Service Commission organizes an Examination  for  Geo-Scientist And Geologist Posts. This Examination  consist of questions pertaining the candidates knowledge about the Geology, Geo-science mainly. This Examination  will be held on 28 June, 2019 (Duration 3 days). Information about Examination  pattern and Examination  syllabus is given Below…

UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist And Geologist Exam Hall Ticket 2019. Examination Hall Tickets will be issued  2-3 weeks before the date of exam (particularly in the first week of June 2019). Admit Card/Hall Ticket is must for the examination, so in any case Applicant  must not forget to bring it with him/her.

Selection Procedure  :-

  1. After clearing the exam (Both papers Paper-1 and Paper-2)
  2. Applicants have to clear the final round which is the Personality test (Interview)
  3. After the interview selected Applicant s will receive the Call letter or the Joining letter regarding their job post and the locations.
