Grated Papaya – 50 gm
Tomato – 30 gm
Green Chillies (crushed) – 1 tsp
Spring Onion – 3 tbsp
Lettuce – 3 tbsp
Ground Nuts (roasted) – 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Lime Juice – 2 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – a few
Salt – to taste
1. Take grated papaya in a bowl. Add tomato, crushed green chillies, spring onion, lettuce, roasted ground nuts and garlic.
2. Add honey, lime juice and soy sauce to it.
3. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and mix them well.
4. Serve your bowl of Crunchy and Healthy Thai Papaya Salad!
