Omega-3 Curd Brown Rice

Cooked Brown Rice                      150gm

Curd                                              50gm

Carrot                                            2 tbsp

Oil                                                ½  tsp

Mustard Seeds                             ½  tsp

Truweight Seeds Cocktails           1  tsp

Curry Leaves                                A few

Green Chillies                               1 tsp


  1. Take about 150 gm of cooked brown rice in a bowl then add 50 gm of curd and some salt to it.
  2. For preparing the seasoning, take ½ tsp of oil in a pan. Heat it and then add about ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of Truweight seeds cocktails along with a few curry leaves.
  3. Then add 1 tsp of green chillies and 2 tbsp of carrot to it while heating.
  4. On cooling, add the seasoning to the curd brown rice. And you are now ready to enjoy a happy meal.
