She posted on Instagram, displaying a pair of jeans that were too wide around her waist, saying, “Accidentally lost weight.” I no longer count calories, I no longer overwork myself, I no longer purge or restrict, and most importantly, I no longer live my life in accordance with the diet culture. As a result, I have actually lost weight.

She’s finally in a decent place, the 28-year-old woman explained. “This is an unusual experience,” But, I feel satisfied—not with food, but with cosmic understanding and peace, serenity, joy, and love, she added. Pop singer said that her near-fatal overdose in 2018 was caused by her rehabilitation from an eating condition.

She Was On A Strict Diet For Many Years..

Lovato has said in the past that her former management team used to oversee her diet. “I didn’t even have a birthday cake for many years. I once had a cake made out of a watermelon that was cut into the shape of a cake and topped with fat-free whipped cream.”

In 2020, Lovato acknowledged that she had just fired members of her staff because she thought they were pressuring her too much to eat and look a specific way.

Now this is sad as people give a lot of importance to the physical appearances and the singer had to suffer, but it was all done for the singers health and well-being. Demi Lovato acknowledges that her relationship with food and exercise has not always been good, even though she claims that her recent weight loss is the result of reaching a healthier mental state.

She claims that living healthier is what led to her recent weight loss. “I no longer track my calorie intake. I no longer overwork out. I don’t limit or cleanse. The diet culture is not how I live my life, and I’ve truly lost weight” she mentioned in the caption.
