In the third post of the Cachaça Bartolomeu partnership with Junior Bartender we will present a new Recipe. Guess which one?

For those who like cachaça, we use one with the famous Daiquiri. This project aims to enhance the artisan cocktail. A way of showing the quality of distillates out of the mainstream. Here we highlight some of its magnificent recipes. We hope you enjoy. Here is the recipe number 03 called Don`s Special Daiquiri.

Don's Special Daiquiri: Ingredients:

30ml Spiced Rum (@worldsendrum) 15ml Cachaça (@cachacabartolomeu) 15ml Passion Fruit Puree (@realsyrups) 15ml Agave Nectar (@realsyrups) 15ml Lime Juice Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake. Double strain the mix into a chilled coupe glass by @jesper_efferbach, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy responsibly!
