For some, the holiday season just isn’t complete without eggnog. With warming nutmeg and cinnamon flavours, an eggnog latte is a seasonal favourite.

By following this simple recipe, you can now impress your colleagues, friends, and family by making eggnog lattes yourself all winter long.

You will need:

• 1 Green Mountain Colombian Fair Trade Select Coffee K-Cup® Pod,
• 125ml of Hot Steamed Milk,
• 250ml of Eggnog,
• 1 Pinch of Nutmeg,
• 2 Tablespoons of Whipped Cream

Recipe

1. Pour milk and eggnog into a saucepan and heat to just before boiling point.
2. Then you need to froth it up using an electric frother, or a whisk.
3. Brew the Green Mountain Colombian Fair Trade Select Coffee K-Cup® Pod, then add to mug.
4. Pour the steamed milk and eggnog into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam.
5. Spoon the foam over the top.
6. Add some whipped cream on top.
7. For a final touch, sprinkle some nutmeg on top of the foam.
