Introducing SPOOKFEST At The Trafford Centre

SPOOKFEST, a spooky spectacle of hair-raising horrors and lots of tasty treats (and tricks!), is coming to the Trafford Centre this Halloween. Creep into the haunted Hay Bale Maze, take a ride on the ghastly ghost train and marvel at the Halloween Spooktacular Big top show.

SPOOKFEST will be situated outside The Orient, opposite The Great Hall entrance, and is open every day from 11 – 31 October.

Independent food and drink brands will be serving deliciously devilish dishes, including Epic Pizza, Old School Dogs and Cha Cha Chai, and thrill seekers will love the frightful selection of rides, including ghost train, escape rooms, hook a pumpkin and spooky hay bale maze for all the family.

As part of SPOOKFEST, there will be other activities taking place across the centre, including spine-chilling show dances over Halloween weekend, as well as creepy cocktails and exclusive treats to try at some of the centre’s restaurants.

Gandeys Circus – the creators of Cirque Surreal and the Chinese State Circus – will be returning with an action-packed Halloween Spooktacular Big Top show for all the family. The show will be open from 15 – 31 October, with tickets available at https://traffordcentre.co.uk/whatson/halloween-spooktacular.

The Trafford Centre Trick or Treat trail returns on 28 October, where little ones are invited to pick up their free (and sanitised!) Halloween bucket from the customer service desk and scour shops and restaurants across the centre for treats. The experience has been carefully risk assessed and designed in line with COVID-19 safety measures, including hand sanitising stations available at each store.

SPOOKFEST, a huge outdoor event, follows the success of ‘Summer Social’, which saw in excess of 200,000 visitors and local celebrities enjoy some fun in the sun.

Zoe Inman, Centre Director, said: “Celebrate the spooky season in style! SPOOKFEST promises some frightful fun for both grown-up thrill seekers and little monsters, offering something for everyone this Halloween. Enter if you dare!”

Opening hours from 11 – 22 October are 2pm – 8pm Monday – Friday, 11am – 8pm Saturday and 12pm – 8pm Sunday. From 23 – 31 October, opening hours are 11am – 9pm Monday – Friday, 11am – 9pm Saturday and 12pm – 9pm Sunday.

There is a £3.50 entry fee (£3 if booked in advance) to SPOOKFEST, with rides priced individually and token packages available to buy. Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
