There are only few economically progressive cities in the Visayas, and one of them is Bacolod City. This city is the capital of Negros Occidental.
Bacolod is fairly a young city, it achieved its cityhood only on October 19, 1938. It may not be as old as Cebu City or Manila, but we can still plenty of beautiful vintage photographs.
