Quick And Healthy Chinese Prawn Stir Fry

This is a great recipe for lunch, it takes no time at all and is pretty healthy too.

Prep Time: 10mins

Cooking Time: 7mins

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • Prawns – 10 prawns
  • Onion – half
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Long Red Chili – half
  • Carrot x 1
  • Broccoli – 1 cup
  • Fish Sauce – 2 teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon

Method:

  1. Chop up the onion, garlic, and chili
  2. Heat the coconut oil on high heat
  3. Add the onion, garlic and chili to the pan and fry for a couple of mins
  4. Chop up the carrot and broccoli and add to the pan
  5. Turn the heat down to medium and leave the vegetables in the pan for a couple of mins, tossing occasionally
  6. Add the fish sauce and soy sauce to the pan and add the prawns
  7. Keep frying until the prawns are no longer translucent
  8. When the prawns are no longer translucent you are ready to serve!
