Lovely Lunch At Chateau Hestia, Tagaytay

Hello, lovelies! I'm into discovering new eats again somewhere in Tagaytay. My forever buddy in wanderlust -the hubby, took me to one on my top of the list just a couple of weeks ago.

I've heard some good things about Chateau Hestia, so naturally, I'll have to see the place and try the dining experience myself. From the name itself, European cuisine is what can be expected from here. Hestia is actually Greek Goddess of Hearth who made sure the fire of Olympus never died out.

I admit, it wasn't much about the Food because we're still full when we decided to see the place. But because we were on that area and more of it's on my agenda, we waited no longer and head there come lunchtime. Here are some photos of why I'd love to see this place.

Offers menu inspired from other parts of the world

Chateau Hestia is one best kept secret Garden restaurant with wine and deli shop in Tagaytay.

They're selling cheeses from around the globe, as well as some European goodies that you can't just find anywhere.

Inside the dining place is warm with wooden furnishings and homey appeal.

As we explore more of the ground, it's a beautiful garden where you can hold an important event like wedding receptions, birthdays or christhening. It's a private and intimate location covered with lush greens of trees and vines and garden plants.

The cold breeze welcomes us as we stepped outside of the dining area. That's why Tagaytay is such a nice destination. With a little drizzle on the day we were there, it was extra breezy and chilly. Which I welcomed so well because the Metro heat has becoming aggressive.

Nature is just so wonderful and quite a relaxing pill to me if only I can encapsulate it and took it on the palms of my hand or on my bag. Haha! That justifies how I'm such an addict on gazing at beautiful lawns and well-curated gardens. And trying to plant something on my tiny vertical garden at home.

We completely ignored the food coz we've ate just something to taste. The food we ordered are not the mains but a mouth-satisfying pasta and burger. Salad on the side is healthy, with the vegetables coming from their gardens. It really ain't supposed to have dressing but the hubs wanted to taste something more (not a healthy eater, though) so he asked for it.

I love their Choco Molten Cake. It's a must try!

Moments like this are what I truly look forward to on having lunch with my love and Chateau Hestia made it more lovely for us. *Cheeseball

Isn't it a charming place for a date? One tip though, dress up a bit for a more feel good snaps after.

Chateau Hestia is located at J. Hernandez, Cavite St. Purok 5, Brgy. Bukal, Silang, Cavite.
