It's a hidden beauty in Antipolo City. A place perfect for photoshoots backdrop and sunsets. What you'll first notice is the well curated garden and landscape of the whole area. The designer behind Dr. Joven Cuanang Art Gallery, is the artist Antonio Leano, as he made it a venue for exchanging exhibits for modern and Contemporary Art.



After covering much of the impressive ground and appreciating art, which I've shared on Musings at Pinto Art Museum post, I guess we've perspired half of the waters we had in our system. The little one became restless and needed a drink so badly. We came by their cafe and sit down for a good while to order from their rather pricey menu. 

It's lovely! The garden feel on photos is as perfect as it is on actual.


But when it comes to real stuff why this area exist, is something that needs to improve on. First of, there's not much to order. It's just fine for small cafe's like this one. But considering the number of visitors when we were there, service isn't fast. Serving our orders took long. Now, the food. The burgers have unique spices. I'm not getting what it is and for me, it isn't the type of ingredients that I will love and use often. The pasta we ordered followed after the burger was munched alone by the little one. There's nothing so distinct about it. Also, portioning is quite little. The selection is limited, the plating is not proportional for the price of it.  We didn't got to taste any of their dessert though.


But the ambiance is good. I really enjoyed Tuscany-inspired interior that I snap a lot while waiting for our orders.



Overall, value for money is failing. I do hope that the next time I'll sit down again at their cafe, I would write something about spicy, crunchy, sweet or tasty refreshing dish. Because that's the real food we love to expect on a beautiful cafe such as this.
