But in my experience, our avocados in the backyard usually come out from August to September. It is one of the fruits that ripen during the rainy season along with rambutan and lanzones.
Since it is the avocado season right now, I have been including avocado in my juicing. For one, it has a lot of health benefits. Although most people say that it has high oil content, taking avocado in moderation provides good and healthy oil to the body.
