Everybody wants to go to Colorado.  It's a big state with a lot to offer.  But what is there to do in the summer?  We like to bike, Hike and sample the wine.  The altitude does make hiking difficult.  We tried anyway.

At the high altitude, it was slow going.  My wife bailed about two thrids of the way. The thin air was too much for her.  We picked her up on the way back.  I was hurting too but Danny and I were determined to see Cub Lake.
