First Day Tokyo Asakusa Shrine

MORNING CALL 6AM... and by 7.30, we were out from the hotel to our next destination, that is Asakusa Shrine, one of Tokyo's oldest temple and has been now designated as an important cultural property of Japan.

Oh, I think before we proceeded to the Shrine, we stopped by a park for cherry blossom photo taking, it was just half an hour....

JAL City Hotel where we put up a night....
Forgot the name of this place, it is not listed in the itinerary....
At the Asakusa Shrine where tourists were here, there and everywhere....
Lots of foodstuff and souvenirs...
No, I did not buy anything here...
Just tasted some snacks and ice cream....
Need to walk a lot but I love it...
Despite the cold weather, I still wanna try the ice cream!
And of course, snacks here and there... I just could not resist!
For lunch, these were served....
Healthy food... oil-less....
Except for some fried chicken... :)
The place we took our lunch....
Next destination... Tokyo Tower!
