My husband and I decided to go on a trip with our kids to a different place this time, while looking at options, we come across Cave Springs in Arkansas, a beautiful location surrounded by nature and an amazing golf course. The fun part of traveling is doing research and I needed to find a good place to stay, that’s when I found The Scarlett Manor, a stunning farmhouse that will leave you speechless.

When I first stumbled upon The Scarlett Manor on AirBnB, I was skeptical at first – there was no way they could be this good, right? But everything turned out to be just as perfect in real life as I thought it would be. Samantha is the best host ever.

She answered all our questions and showed us around. We were immediately impressed with how spacious and well-equipped the Scarlett Manor is.

As I do with most of my reviews, I’m going to first give you a ton of information about the house and my honest opinion.

The Scarlett Manor

First, the ranch-style house is HUGE and incredibly spacious, as you would expect from a farmhouse. It’s a 5-acre farmstead located on the hills in Northwest Arkansas, really close to Osage Creek, which is a major draw for us. The house itself is big, with 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and fireplaces. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make you and your family delicious food, and the dining room is spacious too. The house can easily host 16 people.

On the outside, you will find a 9-acres to explore, with a horse barn, gardens, and a patio offering a unique view from up high.

Rooms and bathrooms

The farmhouse has 7 bedrooms in total, 13 beds, and 3 bathrooms scattered on three levels. On the first floor you will find the guest bathroom with all the amenities you need, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The laundry has an extra shower and a huge bedroom with 3 king beds and a lot of extra space.

On the second floor, you’ll find four more rooms, also, this is where the Master bed and bath are. In the hallway, you’ll a bathroom close to three bedrooms. But that’s not it! There’s one more floor or level with two rooms and another bathroom.

As you can see, the rooms are really spacious, and the bathrooms are clean. Both offer all the amenities you need for a comfy stay.

Living room and kitchen

The kitchen gives you a lot of ranch-style or farm vibes, its pantry is equipped with all the things you’ll need in a kitchen. With a set of dishes and tableware, you’ll have everything you need to feed your family and friends. It’s perfect for making and sharing meals.

From the kitchen, you’ll see a dining room and table that can host up to 20 people, following in the next room you will find the cozy living room, an entertaining space with a fireplace that’ll warm the room.

A good point of this house, which I loved, is the fact that the windows are HUGE and every window has a stunning view of the scenic outdoor.

Outdoor and around

The first thing you’ll notice while driving down the hill on your way to the Scarlett Manor is a sign for Ozark Acres, as you turn you’ll find yourself driving through tons of white fences and canopy trees, you must also have noticed the “watch for deer” on your way there, you may also spot some deer too. Now you’re in front of the house on a driveway, the parking is huge too, and there’s plenty of space for several cars, buses, or horse trailers.

Now walk up to the house itself and gardens, in the patio, you can enjoy scenic views. On the back deck, you’ll have a great look at the backyard, where you can find a garden of roses, a chicken coup, and beautiful horse stables offering stunning backgrounds for photos. Also, you’ll a firepit, suitable for gathering everyone around.

Make sure you take a walk around the place, you have nine acres to explore and play.

Additional information and services

The Scarlett Manor and Samantha offer a good amount of services, up to 60. Most of usually overlook this stuff, but in comparison with other places I have been to, they are worth mentioning.

Services and amenities:

• Bathroom: Bathtub, hair dryer, cleaning products, cowshed shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hot water, and shower gel.
• Bedroom: Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper, hangers, bed linens, pillows and blankets, walk-in closed.
• Laundry: Washer, dryer, and an iron
• Entertainment: Internet connection and Wi-Fi, a huge 55” HD TV, some books and board games,
• Security: Security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
• Kitchen: Freezer and refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a rice maker.

Conclusion

A well-equipped, spacious farmhouse with a gorgeous ranch style. We had a great time at Samantha’s place. Communication was quick and easy, the apartment is just as listed in the pictures and in an excellent location. The neighborhood is typical and cozy, with a lot of nature around, but the property itself was very quiet and one of the most serene places I have stayed at.

I totally recommend it.
