Congrats, Matt Rehe!

As an exceptional lead concierge for Beaver Creek Mountain Lodging, Matt won the February award for providing outstanding guest service! With much gratitude, we offer our congratulations and appreciation his way.

Originally Matt grew up in Michigan; and, like many residents within close distance to Beaver Creek, he moved here to ski. Soon, Matt realized summer in the high Rockies holds an alternative kind of beauty. One perhaps, worth remaining here to experience. This, he says, is what keeps him around. The recreational activities that exist in this region of Colorado are abundant, while offering plenty to do in such a beautiful place. Matt claims his favorite aspect of working for East West is sharing the passions he has for the outdoors with our guests. This is one distinction showing Matt worthy of this month’s award.

Informatively, he is our head concierge who offers services to rental guests and homeowners within the areas that are Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. Statistically, his participation on our team has increased our overall net promoter score for “Concierge Services During Stay” by a significant 5% just this year! This is a noteworthy jump and impressive feat for one individual. For this reason, as well as many others, we are thrilled to have Matt apart of our team.

Throughout guest surveys, time and time again there will read comments made directly toward an encounter with his guest service. These are incredibly generous and quite telling of Matt’s consistency on the job. Reliability, diligence, helpfulness, and attentiveness are all characteristic of his professional posture as our head concierge. As a valuable member on our team, Matt Rehe receives February’s award very well deserved!
