South Point Hotel in Las Vegas Completes $40 Million in Guest Room Renovations

Las Vegas has some exciting growth going on to enhance what is already a top Convention city. The South Point Hotel caters to midsize groups (400-600 rooms), who get the advantage of being the only group in-house most of the time. Hotels with larger spaces often must book several groups over the same time frame to maximize the space usage.

The South Point Hotel also has other venues beyond its Convention Center and Exhibit Hall, such as the South Point Equestrian Arenas and the professional Bowling Plaza. These venues help fill guest rooms in addition to our convention groups and trade shows. The new rooms, updated convention space, complimentary Wi-Fi in meeting/exhibit space, and complimentary parking make the South Point the perfect fit for your midsize association gathering or trade show.

Among the exciting changes at the South Point are new flooring and furniture in our lobby. The Convention Center has new carpeting and furniture for our groups to enjoy.
