Fish Friday Ingredients
- You’re going to need 1 package of breaded or battered fish fillets (6 fillets);
- 1 box of taco shells. Usually one box comes with 12 shells;
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing;
- Any variety of taco seasoning you might like;
- 6 cups of coleslaw mix.
Let’s get to work
First thing you need to do is bake the fish fillets as directed on the package, and then you should cut each fillet into small pieces. Now you heat the taco shells in oven as directed on box. In a medium bowl you need to mix the mayo and seasoning mix; stir in coleslaw mix as well. Wait 5 minutes then fill shells with fish pieces and coleslaw mixture; put some taco sauce on top and you’re ready to go.
