Meanwhile, building brick is the cheapest option. You will recognize this brick because of the holes present, which help to save material and cost. The average price of the brick is 0.55-0.75 cents for one. 

In your overall costing, you still have to account for labor costs. Contractors usually charge between $25 to $35 per hour for installation. Overall, you are looking at around $2500 to $3500 in labor cost for 1000 Sq ft of installation.
