The layers of unstable surfaces with added weight resistance makes this move ultra challenging yet incredibly fun to perform! What a great exercise for stabilizer (core and shoulders) and tricep muscles! ——————————————– Couple of gains achieved today, 6 Reps at 70lbs and 1 rep at 100lbs, which was the first time I ever attempted this exercise beyond 90lbs! Additionally, to create even more difficulty, I did the same exact move but with the medicine ball on top of an unstable Bosu!
