Wellness Wednesdays

Boston is home to some of the best Yogis, Pilates pros, Fitness trainers, nutritionists and more – people who devote their lives to helping the rest of us live a healthier, happier and more peaceful life. We’ll be doing in depth interviews with many of these amazing souls in the coming weeks but we want to give you a quick introduction to some of the city’s wellness pro’s below.
