Here’s the type of harassment others have experienced from P&B Capital Group

This collection agency has been harassing me and my family. I keep getting annoying calls from a collector named Andrew. Not only did he call me, he also called my mom and sisters demanding them to hand over the phone to me. The problem is we no longer live in the same house. Then, he asks to call him back so we can discuss further ways to carry out a payment plan. When I called back, I was being redirected to a voice recording that says, “you’ve reached the office of Mr. Andrew… Please leave a message.” This man is so impolite to my mom and sisters and confrontational. He sounded like they owe him money when he spoke to them. I looked up his name and number online and found other people saying unfavorable comments about him. I think he deserves to be banned from calling me and my relatives. He has no permission to do that to other people as well. I want this person to stop calling us again. I may have to consult a lawyer to make them stop permanently and, probably, write a cease and desist letter against P&B Capital.

P&B Capital keeps calling me on my cellular number without stating the real purpose of their calls. I was confused because the numbers that appeared on my phone were coming from different states. I called one of the numbers to find out and spoke to an agent. I learned from him that it’s all about a debt with a credit card. I am pretty sure I never incurred such debt with the credit card company. They’re accusing me of the unpaid and overdue bills. As far as I know, I never had any outstanding debt that was turned over to collection agencies. I requested the agent to cease the phone calls. It stopped for a week or two. Then, they began calling me again even while at work. I blocked their number on my cell phone because of that. Yet, they continued calling me on my landline at home. Almost every day, I’d get a voice message or two from the same collection agency. They need to stop harassing me for a debt I never have.

I have been receiving harassing calls from P&B Capital Group for weeks without sending me notifications or collection letters prior to their calls. Last week, I got over 6 phone calls from different agents of the same collection company. I’ve been trying to ignore their calls but they’re persistent. It’s just so outrageous to hear their accusations without proof or documentation. My wife and I are already old and we just wanted to have peace of mind. Yet, here we are, bothered and irritated to hear the same message over and over again. I want these guys to leave the old fellows alone.

I was able to answer a call from P & B Capital Group on my husband’s cell phone asking for him to return their call. It’s not the first time they called my husband. They also tried to contact him at work. They would leave a message for him at the office whenever he got back home. My husband has tried to ask them to stop giving phone calls at the office for he could get in trouble for getting non-emergency personal calls. I believe they have reached an agreement in setting up a payment plan. But these guys never stopped harassing him, including me. I only request that P&B Capital cease and desist in contacting us in ways that may be considered harassment and illegal.
