Best Buy is an American retailing company, with more than a thousand locations in the U.S., ten in Mexico, and seventy-seven in Canada. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Best Buy was founded in 1983; the business sells small consumer electronics, in stores and online. Best Buy also offers credit cards, issued through their Financing and Reward Services (which also manages the company’s gigantic rewards card program). The credit cards are backed by Capital One, for consumers.

What happens, though, if you find yourself in financial difficulty and you cannot pay your Best Buy credit card? Well, you’re not alone. If Best Buy is contacting you to collect a debt, whether you owe it or not, Target must follow the law. According to the Better Business, Best Buy may have some problems with consumers while collecting debt.—the Better Business Bureau has processed more than four hundred billing/collection complaints in the last twelve months.
