STEP 1: Add in the coconut milk, coconut oil, almonds, brazil nuts, peach, banana, avocado first into the blender.


STEP 2: Then add in the ice.


STEP 3: Finally top with the protein powder.

  • 1 peach, stone removed and chopped
  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ Tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
  • ½ oz almonds
  • 2 brazil nuts
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Add in the coconut milk, coconut oil, almonds, brazil nuts, peach, banana, avocado first into the blender.
  2. Then add in the ice.
  3. Finally top with the protein powder.
  4. Blend really well.
