Ingredients
  • For marination
  • 200 g of chicken fillets washed and cut into small pieces
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • ½ tsp of white pepper
  • 1 tbsp of curd
  • For cooking
  • 2 bowls of left over white rice
  • 1 big onion finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper finely chopped
  • ½ cup green peas
  • ½ cup green beans finely chopped
  • 1 tsp of white pepper
  • 1 tbsp of soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp of chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Handful of chopped green onion
Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with curd, pepper and black pepper.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil and shallow fry the chicken pieces.
  3. Once cooked keep them aside.
  4. Heat 5 tbsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan
  5. Add onion and cook till they become transparent
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for further 2 minutes
  7. Add all the vegetables, sprinkle white pepper and give it a good stir
  8. Close the pan with a lid and let the vegetables be semi cooked.I like them to be a bit crunchy
  9. Once done add chicken, all the sauces, salt and give it a good mix.
  10. Cook for further 2 minutes, add rice and mix it properly.
  11. Serve and garnish with green onion.
