The one thing I Love about spring is that it brings out my love for smoothies. Winter isn’t the best time for them, seeing as in New England it’s normally 15-40 degrees every damn day. But once the sun warms up the atmosphere and the birds start to chirp, it’s Smoothie season!
So, this one, I made (not Whole30 compliant) a little while back. After I went to the gym and the air was warm, I was like “Oh man, a smoothie is so needed.” So I threw a few things in a Blender and called it a smoothie.
- 1/2 cup of cut up pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- One coconut yogurt – I bought strawberry/banana
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
Throw it all in a blender and mix!
