Chicken Fried Lamb Chop

Chicken Fried Lamb Chop

1 lb  lamb chops
½ cup flour
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp rosemary
1 egg
¼ cup water
¼ cup olive oil

Mix flour and spices.  In another bowl mix and beat egg and water.  Heat the oil in a pan. Coat lamb in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture. Fry on each side for three minutes or until golden brown.  Make  gravy from the juices in the pan by adding 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 cup of milk. Add to the gravy mixture a pinch each of garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary.   Pour over Chicken Fried Lamb Chops.

Green Bean Salad
2 cups of green beans
1 chopped tomato
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup olives

Dressing
2 tablespoon  mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tsp horseradish sauce
2 tablespoons  olive oil
Mix  all ingredients and toss with Green Bean Salad.
