Chloe's Ice Cream

Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit is probably one of my favorite discoveries in New York thus far. First of all, their ingredients are only fruit, water, and cane sugar. I'm not sure how that works, but I am happy just being left in the dark and eating whatever they make.

I tried the banana Soft Serve with Peanut Butter drizzle (because who doesn't want bananas and peanut butter??), and added some sprinkles. I honestly could not tell that this was technically "healthy," or that it happened to be dairy, fat, and gluten free. It looked and tasted like regular fruit-flavored soft serve. I consider it a dessert miracle.

I visited the Chloe's near Union Square, but several other places sell Chloe's soft serve, which also comes in popsicle and smoothie form. The flavors of soft serve change daily, and the topping options are plentiful. They have SO MANY topping choices. They've got fruit/healthy toppings, but they've also got more decadent toppings like chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter, and graham crackers.

Whatever combination of healthy and sinful you want, Chloe's can hook you up. It may be more expensive than buying an ice cream pop at a convenience store, but then again, it also tastes about 100 times better.
