Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco
  • 1 pint of good quality raspberry sorbet
  • 2 cups of pink lemonade
  • 1 punnet fresh raspberries to garnish
  • fresh mint leaves to garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Place champagne and pink lemonade in a punch bowl or pitcher and give a light stir.
  2. Place half the raspberries in the punch bowl/pitcher.
  3. Place one scoop of raspberry sorbet in each of your serving glasses.
  4. Top with champagne and pink lemonade mixture.
  5. Garnish with remaining fresh raspberries and fresh mint.

Notes

Home Chef Tip: To make a non-alcoholic version, simply substitute the champagne for sparkling water.
